About Us - American Eagle Stucco

With four generations of experience on various job sites, we've seen it all. Since each job is unique, we have learned to take pride in our high quality of work. As we are licensed, bonded, insured, and OSHA certified, at American Eagle Stucco we are more than qualified to do the job and do it right.

It isn't enough to just get the job done, we strive for you to be fully satisfied with the appearance of your exterior along with it's ability to weather any storm that comes your way.

Although most of our projects are in the valley, we do work anywhere in Arizona, and even in other states and countries. Our main services include stucco, EIFS, siding, stone and brick veneer, but whatever service you are in need of relative to your establishments exterior, let us know by giving us a call and we'll see if we can make it happen.

What type of jobs do we do?

What is stucco?

Stucco is a construction material made from a mixture of water, aggregates, and a binder. It's applied wet and hardens into a dense solid. Stucco is applied to the exterior of buildings. It's texture can vary from smooth to highly textured.

Why use stucco over other materials?

Stucco is very durable. It's resistent to fire, rot, mold, impact, and termite infestation. Because of it's durability, stucco is also very sustainable, lasting as long as 100 years or more. In addition, stucco also boasts great appearance and offers unlimited customization as the finish can be anything from smooth to highly textured.

Why does stucco crack?

Stucco can crack due to natural causes, improper installation, structural movements, impact damage, moisture intrusion, and the use of poor-quality materials.

Why cure stucco?

In order for stucco to achieve its optimal strength and durability and therefore go from a work-in-progress to a solid, finished surface, it needs to cure. As stucco cures, its pH level falls and the surface can accept a finish coating. If the finish coating is applied to the stucco before its done curing, the finish coating can lose adhesion.
